Again I came to Boise and went here 4 times for 4 nights. Not just the best Pho in Boise but the best Pho in the counrty. Truly exceptional food, taste fresh and the flavor was out of this world. Again BEST in the country!!!

Going Keep

The soup is quite good. However I think the flavor is not so Vietnam but a little bit Taiwan style. I guess it is because hard to get the authentic Vietnam local variable herb and spices. However it is still a good soup. The last thing is that if the meat in the bowel can be more and it will be better

I really enjoyed my meal here — I had the spring fresh rolls and chicken pho, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommend!

You guysssss I don’t know why it took me so long to stop by here as I’ve been passing by this place for quite some time. Probably because I was always at Pho Nuevo.... we’ve found our new favorite. So good and prices were great! We probably ordered one of everything on the menu and my best advise would be to order what sounds good to you, the only thing I would highly recommend are the egg rolls. Service was also fantastic, stop by!

Fast, delicious, food that warns the heart. We went with the basic pho, no add-ons, simple. Great broth and perfectly spiced. Could have used a touch more fresh herbs with our portions, but the fresh jalapeño was a delight. Server was clearly an owner or just very vested on the business. Very friendly and encouraging, positive vibes all about. It seemed like locals were showing up the whole time. It was great to hear Vietnamese in the kitchen, added an authenticity and honesty to the cultural iconic food we came to enjoy.

Love their pho and vegetarian vermicelli bowls. Vietnamese coffee is on point too they made it fresh straight from the dripping cup. Waitress is really nice and attentive to every table even when its only her working that day. Took good care of us and really friendly. On the other hand, kitchen guys were arguing in the back pretty loud and i hoped they know that there are viet customers too that we can understand their arguments really clear. Not my business but everyone in the dining area was confused and especially when its rush time and they saw customers coming in but still arguing real loud. Besides that we did enjoyed our food and service was great

VERDICT: A quick bite delight for a small price. FOOD: The rice dish (comes with pork, shrimp, veggies, dressing, and rice). The pork was tender and flavorful, while the shrimp were stiffly seared. I prefer my shrimp less cooked than this, but the whole meal far exceeded my expectations, especially for $12. SERVICE: Just right. Quick, got us what we needed, and was gone, never to be seen again until a check materialized when our forks hit empty plates. With water pitchers and all the side elements (hoisen and such) already on the table, the conversation between myself and company flowed uninterrupted. ATMOSPHERE: I love the woodwork room dividers (the same as the ones at Nara Sushi, actually). The clever use of lighting and mural (directly painted onto the wall) add chic character that enhances the mood-lit, calming atmosphere of this joint.
